Our Administration Performance Reports outline how well the different Operations teams in the Strathclyde Pension Fund Office have been performing.
The Operations teams in SPFO are:
• Four Administration teams, responsible for calculating pensions for the Local Government, police and fire pension schemes.
• The Front Office team, responsible for our call centre and face to face counter service.
• The Pensions Payroll team, who pay pensioners their lump sums and monthly pensions.
