Failing to let us know about changes could result in a delay to your payments, underpayment, or even overpayment. If we overpay you, we will recover any extra money you may receive.

If you’re an employee member
Contact us if your marital status or home address change, or complete the change of personal circumstances form.  

 

If anything changes in your employment, your employer should let us know.

 

If you’re a pensioner member
Read our guidance on changes to your circumstances for some of the special rules which may apply - then contact us.

 

 

If you’re a deferred member
To inform us of any changes to your situation, please contact us or complete the change of personal circumstances form.

 

If you’re an employer
If a member of your team responsible for pensions changes email address or other contact details, please contact us and let us know.
