Deferred members’ annual benefit statements issued…

In the week commencing 7 June 20,615 of our Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) deferred members will be issued with their annual benefit statements.


If you are a deferred member and haven’t received your statement by the end of June, please use our online “Contact Us” form to notify us of a new address. The Contact Us form is available by clicking on the second left button at the top right of each page on this website.


It could be that we do not hold an address for you, or we have an incorrect one for you.


If you do receive a statement please note the following important points:


• The statements relate only to the service for the employer shown in the "Your personal details" section and show benefits at 65.

• The benefits will be available without reduction earlier than 65 for those members who are able to use the "Rule of 85" as shown in the field on page 4 called "The date you can take your benefits without them being reduced is".

We are planning to issue our active members with their annual benefit statements by early December.
