For those employers not yet on i-Connect we require the following by close of business Friday 14th May 2021:
Note (1): Please include your organisation's name and Year End Data Return in the subject field of the email as shown below;
Subject Heading: [ insert your organisation name here ] - Year End Data Return"

Note (2): Please refer to our top 10 tips for avoiding data errors before starting your year end return.
Note (3): For Year End purposes all employer numbers are 5 digits, with the first 2 digits being 00 and the next 3 digits using the number in the 2017 actuarial valuation report's Appendix F.
Note (4): Our Guide to Assumed Pensionable Pay includes examples on how to calculate APP.
Note (5): For thoses employers who still return data in flat file format, You can also refer to the Flat file Spec
Note (6): If you have any casual employees, please also complete this additional Excel: Casual Employees 20 21 [35kb] We must be notified by 18th April 2021.
Note (7) If you have changed the Unique Pensions Identifier No (UPIN) at some point in the year for your scheme members, we must be notified of these changes prior to receiving your Year End data. This data should be submitted on the "Change in hours or name or address or department" file, and on the Employment change tab found here
